Your counselor will be available every step of the way. You will get feedback on your quit plan, individualized advice and tips, and you are always free to ask your counselor questions as you go through the process. After you complete a quit plan and set a quit date, you will begin your treatment which includes three online sessions with your counselor (Preparing, Quitting, Staying Quit). Your counselor will work with you while you prepare to quit and immediately after you quit.
