#2 QuittingYour planned quit date is finally here. If you successfully quit, congratulations! Your counselor would like to know how you are feeling since you quit, and he/she would like to educate you about potential withdrawal symptoms, coping strategies, and how to address any concerns you have since quitting. Take a few moments to complete the following session questions, and your counselor will give you some feedback. Keep up the good work! If you did not quit as planned, that is ok. Remember we said that a quit date is not set in stone, and it is more than alright to re-set your quit date as needed. Simply go back to the Preparing session and re-set your quit date. We encourage you to do so soon, and we also encourage you to text your counselor for support in re-setting your quit date as well as discussing possible changes to your quit plan. Session 3, "Staying Quit," will be unlocked after you have been quit for 2 weeks. It will then be time to talk about a staying quit plan. You'll get an email reminder about this session, and we strongly encourage you to stay in contact with your counselor and complete this session. |
